A trip to Ladakh starts with a flight ticket to Leh, with the window seat offering grand views of the snow-capped mountains and the journey that awaits us! On arriving at Leh, we will witness the beauty of the unique city nestled in the Himalayan mountains.
We ride across the city and visit the hall of fame, Shanti Stupa, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and magnetic hill to woo science! However, what tops the journey is a visit to the Turtuk village, which is one of the northmost villages of our country. Culturally different from the mainstream Ladakhi traditions, Turtuk village majorly harbours the practices of Islam! Leh trip with Turtuk village also includes an adrenaline-filled ride to the top Khardung La, the colorful Pangong Tso, and the desert of Nubra Valley!

Day 1

Leh Arrival and Acclimatization

  • Check in and indulge in a day of complete relaxation to rejuvenate your senses. Let your body acclimatize and feel the refreshing mountain air fill your lungs.

Day 2

Leh Local Sightseeing, Overnight stay in Leh

  • It's time to wake up and start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Get ready to explore the mesmerizing city of Leh with our local sightseeing tour.
  • The city is adorned with many architectural and natural wonders that will leave you spellbound.
  • Visit the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the Indian Army's bravery and sacrifices.
  • Next, witness the marvel of the Magnetic Hill, where your vehicle will appear to defy gravity, and the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, a Sikh shrine built to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to Ladakh.

Day 3

Leh to Nubra Over Khardung La, Overnight stay in Nubra

  • Get ready for an adventure-packed day as you kick-start your morning with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
  • Today, we'll take you on a thrilling ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La, which is not only one of the highest motorable roads in the world but also offers stunning views of the snow-capped peaks that surround it.
  • Before reaching Nubra Valley, we'll make a pit stop at the majestic Shanti Stupa, a stunning white-domed Buddhist stupa offering panoramic views of the city.
  • Afterward, we'll continue our journey to Nubra Valley, where you'll check in to your hotel and get ready for some fun-filled activities.
  • First on the list is a visit to the sand dunes, famously known as the cold deserts of India (Hunder). Here, you can take a camel safari (self-paid) and feel the cool desert breeze as you ride through the golden sands.
  • To add more charm to your trip, we'll also take you to visit some of the ancient monasteries around, where you can learn about the culture and traditions of the locals.
  • As the sun sets, return to your hotel and unwind with a delicious dinner, followed by a peaceful sleep under the starry sky.
Day 4

Nubra Valley To Turtuk To Nubra Valley - Overnight Stay At Diskit.

Day 5

Nubra Valley To Pangong Tso Via Shyok Valley- Overnight Stay At Pangong Tso.

Pangong Tso To Leh Via Chang La, Overnight stay in leh

What is NOT included in the tour

  • GST (5%) is applicable extra.
  • Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway
  • Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

  • Power Banks (No Electricity at Sarchu, Pangong Tso & Jispa)
  • Only post-paid numbers will work in Leh City & apart from that most of the area is no network zone

Additional Information

NOTE: Biking option is available from May onwards, since it's not safe to ride on the mountain passes during the April month because of Black-ice formation.

NOTE: Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

NOTE: The age limit of our group departures is 16 to 42 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customise trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.

NOTE: The itinerary may change based on the weather and road conditions. It's important to acclimatize properly and drink plenty of water to avoid altitude sickness.

NOTE: You will be travelling to High Altitude cold desert places of India. It's advisable to consult your personal doctors for any sort of medical awareness before travelling. There are very few medical facilities/hospitals available at such remote locations and Bhatakna shall not be responsible for any such of Medical emergency thus occurred. However any kind of support with respect to arranging logistics will be arranged if required and the expenses shall be borne by the clients. Please consult your personal doctor and we advise you to be physically fit and healthy before travelling. Do mention any sort of prior health issues before travelling so that we can advise you correctly.

NOTE: ₹10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client.
