    Day 1

    MUMBAI/PUNE - CHANDIGARH

    +

    The beautiful journey to Himachal will commence from Mumbai. Assemble railway station and Meet our Coordinators. Departure by Train no. 22451/12903

    Pune people will travel by Shivshahi bus/Train & then Board the train from Mumbai.

    Day 2

    CHANDIGARH - JIBHI

    +

    We will arrive in Chandigarh by 3-4 PM, where we will begin our scenic journey to Jibhi. Along the way, enjoy a lively atmosphere with engaging games and pleasant interactions, making the ride both fun and memorable. We are expected to reach Jibhi by 11 PM, where we will check in and unwind for the night, preparing for the adventures that lie ahead.

    Day 3

    EXPLORE JIBHI

    After a delicious breakfast, we will embark on a scenic exploration of Tirthan Valley. Our first stop will be the picturesque Jalori Pass, followed by a visit to the serene Serolsar Lake, nestled amidst stunning landscapes. In the evening, we will return to the hotel to relax and unwind, reflecting on the day’s adventures. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

    Day 4

    KASOL & PARVATI VALLEY EXPLORATION

    Arrive in Kasol, After checking in and freshening up, it’s time to explore this vibrant town. Whether you’re fulfilling your travel dreams or simply relaxing, Kasol offers something for everyone. Spend the day chilling by the Parvati River,and indulge in local delicacies like Himachali momos, Maggi, and brownies.

    Visit the Manikaran Gurudwara and experience the soothing hot springs. After a day of exploration at your own pace, regroup for dinner. Overnight stay in Kasol. (Breakfast + Dinner Included)

    Day 5

    KASOL TO MANALI VIA KULLU

    After breakfast, check out and begin the journey to Manali. On the way, stop in Kullu for an exhilarating white water rafting experience. Arrive in Manali by evening and visit the Hadimba Devi Temple.

    The rest of the evening is free for you to explore Mall Road and the famous cafes of Old Manali. Overnight stay in Manali. (Breakfast + Dinner Included)

    Day 6

    MANALI SIGHTSEEING

    Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading out to Solang Valley and the Atal Tunnel, weather permitting. Spend the morning enjoying adventure activities, and if time allows, visit the Vashisht Temple and its hot springs on the way back to Manali.

    Return to the hotel by evening and relax for the rest of the day. Breakfast & Dinner included.

    Day 7

    MANALI TO BIR

    After breakfast, check out and depart for Bir. Arrive in the evening and take some time to explore the lively cafes with live music. Gather around a bonfire with your group and enjoy the evening. Overnight stay in Bir. (Breakfast & Dinner included)

    Day 8

    EXPLORE BIR BILLING

    Rise early for a chance to experience paragliding at Asia’s highest paragliding site, subject to weather conditions (at your own cost). Spend the rest of the day exploring Bir on Cycle/Bike (by your own) visiting Tibetan monasteries, hiking to nearby scenic spots, and enjoying cafe hopping. Later in the evening, embark on an overnight journey to Amritsar. (Breakfast included)

    Note: After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel. Today is a self exploration day, giving everyone the freedom to explore Bir at their own pace. Those interested can opt for paragliding, while others can enjoy cafés, monasteries, and the laid-back vibe of the town. We will depart from Bir for amritsar around 11:00 PM for our onward journey.

    Day 9

    GOLDEN TEMPLE, AMRITSAR

    We arrive at the hotel around 8:00 AM. Since the standard check-in time is 11:00 AM, you may relax in the hotel lobby or step out to explore the nearby areas of the city until your room is ready. Later we visit Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, followed by a lunch of local delicacies.

    In the evening, head to Wagah Border to witness the Parade & Flag Ceremony, a truly patriotic experience. Return to Amritsar by evening. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

    Day 10

    RETURN JOURNEY TO MUMBAI

    After breakfast, check out and head to Amritsar Railway Station to catch your train back to Mumbai. Spend the day on the train reminiscing about the trip, sharing photos, and making plans for future adventures. (11058 / 12904) (Breakfast Included)

    MUMBAI ARRIVAL

    Arrival in Mumbai with Sweet memories and it’s time for farewell.

    Pune people will board bus/Train/Cab from Mumbai to pune.

    Additional Information

    - BALANCE PAYMENT HAS TO CLEARED ATLEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRIP. UPON FAILING TO PAY, YOUR REGISTERATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR TRANSFER.

    - Age group for the trip is strictly 16yrs - 37yrs only. If people of above or below that age group register in that case 3% will be charged in refund amount.

    Bhatakna packages include land arrangements only. Flight booking is the responsibility of the client (those who are booking Ex Chandigarh Package ). If needed, we can help you with flight options or book tickets on your behalf. However, Bhatakna is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or refund issues. After paying ₹5,000 as your booking amount to secure your slot, you may: – Book your flights directly, or – Request our assistance. (Full flight payment is required in advance if we book for you.)

    Cancellation Policy:

    BHATAKNA TOURS – CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS

    We understand that unexpected changes may occur. However, to maintain clarity for all clients, please review the cancellation guidelines carefully.

    The booking amount paid at the time of reservation is completely non-refundable under all circumstances.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Advance Payment Is non-refundable
    • Before 45 Days: 50% refund on the booking amount.
    • 45 – 30 Days: No refund on the booking amount.
    • 30 – 20 Days: 25% refund on the total trip cost.
    • 20 – 10 Days: 10% refund on the total trip cost.
    • After 10 Days: No refund.
    • Cancellation charges are calculated on the total trip cost, not on partial or booking amounts.
      (Example: If your trip costs ₹25,000 and you paid ₹10,000 as an advance, cancellation within 30 days will still apply on ₹25,000)
    • If the trip is cancelled from our end, a minimum 7% administrative deduction will be applied. The remaining amount will be issued as a credit note redeemable on future trips. Cash refunds will not be provided.
      (This clause does not apply for cancellations caused by situations beyond our control)
    • Any cancellation or alteration due to natural calamities, weather issues, strikes, government orders, route closures, or man-made incidents will not be our liability. Any additional expenses must be borne by the client. Our Trip Captain/Coordinator will not accompany the client in these cases but assistance will be provided.
    • Full payment must be completed 30 days before the trip begins. Pending dues may lead to automatic cancellation without refund.
    • Amounts paid are non-transferable, and no credit notes will be issued unless specifically mentioned.
    • No refund, credit, or transfer will be provided if the itinerary or route is changed for safety or operational reasons.
    • If a client voluntarily quits the trip for personal reasons (fitness, illness, discomfort, etc.), no refund or credit will be issued. Any extra expenses will be borne by the client.
    • If a client is asked to return due to low fitness, medical concerns, rule violations, misbehaviour, substance influence, or prohibited activities, no refund or credit will be issued. All additional costs will be borne by the client.
    • If the entire group must end the trip after commencement due to weather, restrictions, or uncontrollable events, no refund or voucher will be issued.
    • Extreme Scenarios Clause: Situations such as war, pandemic, national emergencies, or government restrictions may lead to cancellation. In such cases, no refund or credit voucher will be issued.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Bhatakna Tours is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
    • Transportation is limited to itinerary locations. Any additional travel is chargeable.
    • Sightseeing depends on weather, traffic, delays, and operational conditions. We are not responsible if any location is missed.
    • In case of trip extension due to unforeseen situations, clients must pay ₹2,500 per day (cash) directly to the coordinator.
    • Itinerary, accommodation, timings, or transport may change due to safety or operational needs. Bhatakna Tours’ decision will be final.
    • Mode of transport may change based on availability without prior notice.
    • Train bookings start 2 months prior; tickets may be RAC/Waiting.
    • For RAC/Waiting confirmation, ₹600–₹800 per person may be charged for Tatkal (approx. 90% success rate).
    • Train tickets may not always be in the traveler’s name due to peak season demand. Clients can opt to book their own tickets or flights.
    • All photos/videos captured by Bhatakna Tours are our property and may be used for promotions.
    • A valid Government ID is mandatory for travel.
    • Departure timings may vary due to external factors.
    • Trains/Flights are not under our control. Missing departure makes the client ineligible for refunds.
    • In case of medical emergency, all evacuation/transport costs must be borne by the client.
    • Only one offer or credit can be applied per booking.
    • Bhatakna Tours reserves the right to remove any client involved in misconduct without refund.

    FINAL AUTHORITY & FINANCIAL DECISION CLAUSE

    In any situation not explicitly covered, Bhatakna Tours reserves full and final authority to take decisions regarding safety, logistics, operations, itinerary, and financial matters.

    All decisions taken by Bhatakna Tours will be final and binding on all participants.


    ADVENTURE RISK CLAUSE

    Travel, trekking, and adventure activities involve inherent risks including injury, illness, accidents, natural disasters, or even death.

    By booking, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that Bhatakna Tours and its team are not responsible for such occurrences.

    • Participation is voluntary.
    • Clients must disclose medical conditions.
    • Clients must be physically and mentally fit.
    • We reserve the right to deny participation (without refund) for safety reasons.

    Clients must follow all safety rules and maintain environmental discipline.

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

    For any scenario not mentioned, Bhatakna Tours holds full authority to take decisions in the best interest of the group.
